We work from detailed written proposals
The person who prepared your Proposal is a trained Estimator. They have taken the necessary time to understand your needs and the requirements of your project and they have provided the details to you in a Proposal and a Customer Care Form. Your Proposal and your Customer Care Form are living documents that will be used by the painting crew to ensure your painting project is completed to your satisfaction.
Your project is managed by a professional
A Job Site Supervisor will be assigned to oversee your entire project from start to finish. PAINTPROS.PAINTPROS.INC will be on-site on your project full time and will work with you daily. They will be using tools developed during hundreds of painting projects to make sure your project progresses smoothly. Their role is to communicate with you throughout the job, answer your questions, and address your concerns.
We call back after the paint has dried
We like to maintain our reputation with as much certainty as possible. Our Quality Callback Program works to make sure we have every job surveyed by an independent Quality Assurance Team. They will contact you approximately one to three weeks after the project is completed to ensure it was delivered to your satisfaction with regard to both the final results and your overall experience with us. If they call and you are not home, they will leave you a special number to call so you can provide us with your feedback at a time convenient.
INTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING

Set-up
Items are placed in the center of the room and covered with clean, new plastic sheeting. All floors are protected with drop cloths.
Residential Painting Prepare
Based on your requests, holes and cracks in ceilings and walls are filled; stains are sealed and surfaces are scuff sanded.
Residential Painting Interior Paint
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Residential Painting Cleanup Clean
Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. Floors and carpets are vacuumed and swept. All of our materials are removed.
Residential Painting Inspect Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for our interior house painting job and the crew.
EXTERIOR HOUSE PAINTING
At PAINTPROS.PAINTPROS.INC we have found through experience that a systematic approach helps us to deliver the quality exterior house painting job that we have promised you.
Below are the general steps we will take on your exterior house painting project. Your situation may vary depending upon your needs as outlined on your Proposal.
Wash
As per your proposal, areas are either power washed or hand washed to remove dirt and mildew.
Surface Preparation
Based on your exterior painting proposal, all loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Paint
Repaired areas are primed and premium quality paint is applied to a uniform finish.
Clean
Clean up is done daily, as well as at the completion of our work. Paint chips are removed and all our materials are packed up and stored neatly.
Inspect
After our own inspection, you are invited to inspect our work and asked to complete the feedback card for our exterior painting job and the crew.
