PaintPros provides free on-site estimates Monday through Friday so we can inspect the details and give you an accurate written price.

The existing surface, product quality, direct sunlight, humidity, salt air, irrigation and severe weather also affect how long the finish performs. We evaluate these conditions and recommend the appropriate preparation and coating system for your property.

Common warning signs include fading, chalky residue, peeling or bubbling paint, exposed stucco, cracked caulk, mildew staining and areas where moisture may be getting behind the coating. An on-site inspection can help determine whether the property needs cleaning, localized repairs or a complete repaint.

Exterior painting can be completed throughout much of the year when the surface is dry and the daily weather allows proper application and curing. We check the property and consider rain, temperature, humidity and the specific product before setting a clear start and finish schedule.

Yes. If your association provides approved colors or a required color form, we can review that information with you during the estimate. The property owner remains responsible for obtaining final HOA approval before the project begins.

Yes. Proper insurance helps protect the property owner, the company and the people performing the work if an unexpected incident occurs. PaintPros Services LLC is licensed and insured, and we can discuss the appropriate documentation for your project during the on-site estimate.

Start by considering the property's style, existing fixed finishes, natural and artificial light, and any HOA requirements. PaintPros can review the colors you are considering and explain how lighting and surrounding surfaces may affect their appearance. Testing selected colors on the actual surface before making the final decision is recommended.

The timeline depends on the size and condition of the home, the preparation and repairs required, the number of colors, access to the work areas and South Florida weather. A professional crew may complete an average-size exterior in about a week, but every property is different. PaintPros will inspect your home and provide a clear project timeline with your free on-site estimate.

The time required depends on the room size, surface condition, preparation and repairs, color changes, drying time and whether the ceiling, doors and trim are included. A simple room may take less time, while a detailed room or major color change may require additional coats and preparation. After seeing the room, PaintPros will explain the work involved and provide a realistic schedule.

Preparation is based on the surface and the written scope. It may include cleaning, scraping, sanding, caulking, patching, stucco or drywall repair and primer where needed. Before application begins, we explain the agreed preparation so the customer understands what is included.

PaintPros uses professional-quality primers, coatings and application materials selected for the surface and project conditions. Sherwin-Williams 100% acrylic paint may be recommended when appropriate for durability, but the exact product system is confirmed after inspecting the property and discussing the desired finish.

Floors, furniture, counters, fixtures, windows, doors, landscaping, pools, appliances and nearby surfaces are protected as required for the contracted work. At completion, protection and job-related debris are removed, the work area is cleaned and the finished areas are reviewed with the customer.

Please remove fragile, valuable and personal items from the work area. Standard access and protection are discussed during the estimate. Moving unusually heavy furniture, disconnecting specialty equipment, removing difficult fixtures or handling items outside the written scope may require an additional charge, which is discussed before any extra work is performed.

Qualifying residential painting projects may include a Two-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty when it is expressly written into the signed PaintPros proposal. It applies only to the contracted painted surfaces and workmanship identified in that agreement. Coverage, exclusions and the claim process are explained in the Limited Warranty section below; the signed contract controls for each project.

Free estimates are completed at the property Monday through Friday. We inspect the surfaces, review colors and access, discuss preparation and define the contracted areas. Specialty removal, extensive repairs, moving unusually heavy items or work outside the written scope may carry an additional charge, which is discussed before proceeding.
